This role will involve optimizing daily procedures, ensuring accurate freight handling, and providing excellent service to our customers across North America. Your contributions will directly impact our service quality and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary contact for Surface Logistics customer support

• Accept and acknowledge tenders for assigned customer accounts

• Enter and process orders in our Transportation Management System

• Rate shipments per customer requirements

• Coordinate timely freight movement by securing carrier agreements

Requirements:

• Completion of a two-year college program and related experience

• Skill in interpreting safety and operational guidelines

• Competency in computer tasks and databases

• Effective communication with customers or teams

• Basic calculation capabilities for reporting and operations
