* Job  Junior Logistics Analyst will assist with analyzing courier and freight forwarder reports, consolidating transport and customs data, and filing/monitoring customs duty and tax claims.
** Tasks:
*** Review commercial invoices and shipment documents to identify incorrect duties and surcharges
* File dispute claims with couriers for shipments with incorrect charges
* Communicate and report discrepancies to the Finance team promptly
* Document all identified discrepancies and dispute actions internally for record-keeping and audit purposes
* Follow up with couriers on the status of dispute claims until resolution
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams as needed to resolve shipment charge issues
* Create and maintain KPIs and the necessary tracking spreadsheets relating to transport duties and taxes.
** Requirements:
*** Bachelor degree in a Logistics or Procurement related areas
* Minimum of 1 year experience in Logistics, Procurement, Customs or related areas
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) and ERP systems; experience with shipping platforms (e.g., Fed Ex, DHL) is an asset.
* Familiarity with SAP transactions, preferably within the MM (Materials Management) module
* Experience interpreting commercial invoices and bills of lading
* Familiarity with import/export regulations, tariff classification (HS code), and trade agreements (e.g., CUSMA/USMCA).
* Strong attention to detail
* Ability to stay updated on changing tariff regulations and scenarios
