In this full-time position, the Junior Logistics Analyst will assist in analyzing shipping documents and filing customs claims. You will work closely with the Finance team to resolve discrepancies and ensure that all records are maintained for compliance. Your analytical skills will help improve our KPIs in transport duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review shipment documents for accuracy
• File claims for disputes with couriers
• Report discrepancies to the Finance team
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets for customs duties
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on charge issues
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Procurement
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP solutions
• Experience with SAP, especially MM module
• Knowledge of tariff regulations and trade agreements
