With a commitment to exceptional client service and innovation, we are seeking Freight Forwarding Logisticians to join our dynamic team in Delta, BC.

Job Description. This role involves preparing work and production schedules, monitoring progress across production and construction projects, and ensuring timely shipment and receipt of products. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics coordination, inventory management, and international shipping procedures.

Key Responsibilities Production Logistics Coordination
  • Plan, organize, and oversee logistics operations within various supply-chain work units or departments.
  • Collaborate with production supervisors to create schedules for production runs that maximize cost and time efficiency.
  • Communicate with production coordinators, warehouse personnel, supervisors, and inventory clerks to synchronize activities across warehouses, production floors, and construction sites.
  • Monitor and manage inventory of materials and components required for ongoing production processes.
  • Prepare and update reports on production progress, material usage, production rates, and other operational metrics using manual or computerized systems.
Transportation Logistics Coordination
  • Coordinate and oversee the movement of parts, supplies, and materials to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
  • Monitor shipments to ensure supplies and products are transported and delivered according to established schedules.
  • Prepare, review, and process all necessary customs documentation for international and U.S. shipments.
Wages and Benefits
  • Wage: $25.00 per hour.
  • Overtime pay provided as per employment standards.

Education and Qualifications
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1–2 years of professional experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with logistics software, inventory management systems, and production tracking tools.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of international shipping procedures and customs documentation.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
