Join the logistics team as a Junior Logistics Analyst, specializing in customs and transport data analysis. This position requires strong analytical skills and a detail-oriented approach.
In this Junior Logistics Analyst role, you will assist in analyzing courier reports and consolidating customs data. Responsibilities include reviewing commercial invoices for accuracy, filing disputes with couriers, and communicating discrepancies to the Finance department.
Your role will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and review commercial invoices for accuracy
• File dispute claims for identified charge discrepancies
• Notify Finance team of any discrepancies found
• Maintain detailed records for audit purposes
• Work with couriers until claims are resolved
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Procurement, or related
• At least 1 year of experience in Logistics or Customs
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Knowledge of SAP transactions and customs regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
