Operations Program Support Coordinator

In the role of Operations Program Coordinator, you'll support the execution of customer programs while monitoring performance against commitments. By acting as the liaison among Production, Supply Chain, and Engineering, you will facilitate timely communication and operational improvements. This position aids in developing competencies necessary for future leadership opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing programs from demand through to shipment

• Track OTD performance and support delivery recovery actions

• Coordinate meetings and action follow-ups across departments

• Maintain operational dashboards and KPI reports

• Engage in root cause analysis and promote continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Solid experience in program coordination or operations management

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives

• Knowledge of ERP systems beneficial

• Permanent Residency or Citizenship in Canada required
