You will handle calls, assist at the counter, and manage shipping and deliveries efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Field calls related to parts orders and inquiries

• Assist customers at the parts counter promptly

• Identify needed parts and process orders accordingly

• Manage shipping logistics for parts orders

• Inspect incoming deliveries for proper inventory control

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• 2-5 years working in a similar environment

• Familiarity with material handling parts preferred

• MS Excel proficiency and multitasking capability

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
