We’re looking for multiple Logistics / Dispatch Coordinators in Burlington, Ontario, Regina, Saskatchewan and Delta, BC to play a critical role in the day-to-day execution of our outbound logistics operations. This role is responsible for coordinating carriers and drivers, tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and ensuring clear communication across teams. You’ll sit at the heart of our logistics engine, ensuring shipments move on time, carriers are held accountable, and issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule pickups and deliveries with carriers and drivers
- Track shipments and maintain accurate, real-time status updates in internal systems
- Proactively communicate delivery updates, delays, and exceptions to customers and internal teams
- Present and follow up on weekly carrier scorecards, driving performance and accountability
- Identify, source, and onboard new carriers as needed
- Maintain accurate lane-based rate cards, carrier contact details, and escalation protocols
- Ensure all shipping documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with transportation regulations
- Investigate and resolve delivery exceptions and customer inquiries promptly
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on delivery performance, lead times, and carrier reliability
- Work Tuesday-Saturdays regularly
- Experience: 3+ years in logistics, dispatch, or transportation coordination
- Education: High school diploma required; post-secondary education in logistics or supply chain is an asset
- Organisation & Communication: Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with multiple stakeholders. Bilingual in French/English considered a big asset, but not essential

Skills:
Comfortable using MS Office and logistics / transportation management systems - Problem Solving: Able to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and resolve issues quickly
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with carrier operations and transportation regulations
- A hands-on role with real ownership in a fast-growing logistics operation
- An hourly wage between $19 - $23.00 CAD per hour
- Exposure to end-to-end supply chain execution in a scaling business
