Senior Logistics Specialist U.S. Transportation

Lead U.S. surface transportation execution at Aritzia, coordinating carriers and resolving high-volume shipment exceptions across North American channels.
As a Senior Specialist, Logistics, you will support Aritzia’s Global Logistics team and its end-to-end movement of goods. Your work covers freight, shipping, delivery setup, carrier performance, SOP adherence, and operational tracking. You will help maintain reliable transportation across DC Transfers, New Store Openings, and Wholesale Channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute freight, shipping, and delivery setup for surface logistics
Coordinate daily carrier activity and monitor performance
Manage complex shipment streams across multiple business channels
Resolve real-time exceptions and mitigate operational risks
Maintain departmental administration for optimal daily operations
Requirements:

Experience with U.S. FTL, LTL, Intermodal, and Drayage
Knowledge of North American transportation surface providers
Experience managing carrier coordination and SOP adherence
Microsoft Office skills, including Excel
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
