Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive maintenance on building systems

• Perform facility inspections and identify maintenance needs

• Respond to maintenance emergencies promptly and effectively

• Maintain cleanliness of maintenance tools and areas

• Communicate effectively with supervisors about work status

Requirements:

• Required high school diploma or equivalent

• 2–5 years experience in maintenance or facilities services

• Knowledge of general building systems including HVAC

• Skill in troubleshooting facility-related issues

• Previous experience in a gaming or similar environment preferred
