Temperature Maintenance Manager

Position: High-Temperature Maintenance Manager Role
Take charge of maintenance operations at Veolia North America's cutting-edge HTL facility. This crucial role combines technical knowledge, safety expertise, and leadership in a high-stakes environment.

As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the development of critical maintenance documentation and ensure the facility operates under the highest safety standards. Your responsibilities will include directing maintenance personnel and managing the complexities involved in high-pressure and high-temperature operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive maintenance protocols from inception

• Create maintenance checklists for critical operations

• Facilitate safety and regulatory audits for compliance

• Oversee maintenance personnel during commissioning phases

• Manage equipment inspections within maintenance schedules

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or Maintenance Management

• 10+ years in high-pressure industrial maintenance

• Expertise with CMMS and maintenance scheduling

• Knowledge of ASME and Technical Safety BC standards

• Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively
