As a key liaison within Trail Appliances, your responsibilities will include sourcing and ordering appliance parts while maintaining accurate inventory records. You will actively engage with suppliers for order verification and assist technicians in staging parts for their jobs. Excellent communication skills will be crucial for managing inquiries and providing order updates.
Key Responsibilities:
• Source appliance parts accurately from various suppliers
• Maintain optimal inventory across distribution channels
• Respond to internal and external inquiries on order status
• Document order communications using ERP management systems
• Support technicians with job preparation and part issues
Requirements:
• At least 1 year in parts coordination or logistics
• Familiarity with appliances and mechanical parts
• Experience with inventory/order management systems
• Strong organization and problem-solving skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
