Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance operations in compliance with safety standards

• Develop and mentor a technically skilled maintenance team

• Oversee essential refrigeration system operations

• Plan and schedule maintenance using CMMS

• Review utility reports for efficiency improvements

Requirements:

• Refrigeration Operator certification mandatory

• 5–10 years industrial refrigeration experience

• Minimum 3 years in maintenance management

• Strong knowledge of PSM regulations

• Experience in temperature-controlled environments preferred
