As a Sanitation Technician reporting to the Team Lead, you will perform complex cleaning tasks to meet food safety and hygiene standards. Your responsibilities include disassembling and reassembling equipment, performing cleaning inspections, and executing detailed sanitation procedures. You will also support the Master Sanitation Schedule and assist in training team members on proper cleaning techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment following standards

• Execute cleaning for high-risk areas accurately and timely

• Conduct ATP testing to verify cleaning effectiveness

• Prepare and apply cleaning chemicals per guidelines

• Guide and mentor Sanitation Associates in best practices

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 1-2 years sanitation experience in regulated environment

• Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and WHMIS

• Mechanical aptitude for equipment cleaning

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
