Position: Night Shift Maintenance Technician Role

We're looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician with a proactive mindset. You will be responsible for equipment repairs, troubleshooting greenhouse systems, and collaborating with the Engineering team. This role emphasizes the importance of maintaining high functionality for cannabis equipment and ensuring safety throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair greenhouse and manufacturing equipment

• Ensure all motorized tools and equipment are functional

• Track and prioritize maintenance requests

• Conduct routine safety inspections on all relevant equipment

• Manage inventory for maintenance supplies and tools

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in a mechanical or electrical setting

• Relevant trade qualification preferred

• Excellent communication skills with attention to detail

• Capability to lift 50 lbs and work 8-hour shifts

• Must pass RCMP criminal record check
