In this on-site role, you will hire and train cleaning staff while supervising their activities effectively. As a Cleaning Supervisor, your responsibilities include inspecting facilities to meet safety and cleanliness standards and coordinating work schedules. You will also establish clear communication with other departments for a collaborative approach to cleaning and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and train cleaning staff for efficiency

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning activities daily

• Recommend additional services for repairs or renovations

• Assist staff in their cleaning duties

• Establish and manage work schedules effectively

Requirements:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required

• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience

• Must work at the physical location only

• Proficiency in English for communication

• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments
