Cleanliness Advocate Housekeeper

Step into the Housekeeper role at Village Farms to maintain a clean and safe environment in shared spaces. This hands-on position requires dedication to cleanliness and teamwork across the facility.

You will report to the Team Lead and be responsible for cleaning offices, lunchrooms, and gyms, ensuring all areas are hygienic for employees. Your tasks will include routine cleaning, supply restocking, and cross-functional support for sanitation efforts during peak periods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming duties

• Clean and maintain restrooms and shared areas

• Dispose of waste and manage cleaning supplies

• Assist in urgent cleaning needs and spills

• Support office staff with logistical tasks

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required

• Experience in cleaning roles strongly preferred

• Understanding of cleaning protocols and safety

• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs regularly

• Availability for flexible shifts as required
