Position: Maintenance Technician with Power Engineering Skills
Join a dynamic food establishment as a Maintenance Technician in Delta, BC, where you can gain valuable Power Engineering certification! This full-time role focuses on equipment maintenance and safety compliance.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of critical systems while ensuring a safe workplace. The position requires flexibility to accommodate day and night shifts during winter rotation for wood boiler operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair and maintain production equipment across the facility

• Assist with the safe operation of wood boilers

• Perform required field-level risk assessments

• Utilize CMMS for effective maintenance scheduling

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests promptly

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in maintenance roles

• Certification as a 5th or 4th Power Engineer is advantageous

• Strong skills in mechanical and electrical maintenance

• Flexibility to handle rotating winter shifts

• Experience with wood-burning systems is preferred
