Warehouse Supervisor – Raven Force Couriers

Location:

Delta, Burnaby, Coquitlam, Surrey, and other locations in British Columbia.

Salary: CA $55,000.00 – CA $65,000.00

Manage warehouse operations, coordinate activities, and lead a team to meet productivity and quality targets.

• College, CEGEP, or other non‑university certificate or diploma (1–2 years).

2 to less than 3 years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience.

• English.

• Co‑coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work.
• Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
• Train workers in duties and policies.
• Arrange training for staff.
• Conduct performance reviews.
• Co‑coordinate, assign and review work.
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Establish work schedules and procedures.
