Take the helm as a Dev Ops Manager at Delta Intelligent Building Technologies in Surrey. Focus on managing tooling, deployment strategies, and operational excellence within product development.
In this pivotal role, you will lead the Dev Ops practice, ensuring consistent and reliable deployment across all products under Delta Intelligent Building. Your responsibilities will include mentoring Dev Ops specialists and promoting industry-standard practices for CI/CD and incident response. You will also manage enterprise tools, ensuring their performance and security for the entire organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own deployment processes for adherence to Dev Ops standards
• Establish consistent release practices across products
• Maintain and enhance CI/CD best practices organization-wide
• Oversee administration of key Dev Ops tools (Git Lab, Jenkins)
• Manage comprehensive on-call/incident response programs
Requirements:
• 5+ years in a Dev Ops or infrastructure role
• Experience with managing deployment at a multi-product level
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tooling
• History of mentoring and leading technical teams
• Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills
