Director, Commercial – Western
Village Farms International is seeking a Director, Commercial (West) to lead commercial operations across Canada, driving performance in Western Canada from BC to Manitoba. This role partners with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing and Brand to translate strategy into disciplined execution.
You will own the Canadian Commercial Operating System, lead weekly reviews, and build scalable processes that improve efficiency, visibility and profitability across all territories.
