** What You’ll Get To Do:
*** Assign and coordinate work orders in accordance with the designated planning flow process
* Assess work priority, develop work scopes, and coordinate maintenance tasks
* Maintain and improve equipment reliability through effective maintenance and equipment upgrades
* Gather accurate estimates of repair time, crew size, and costs of repair
* Investigate equipment failures and trouble-shoot problems, and respond to emergency situations to ensure continuity of operations on a 24/7 basis
** Who we are looking for:
*** Mechanical trade ticket or Mechanical Technician /Technologist diploma
* Solid understanding of safe work practices and safety regulations
* Supervisory experience in a unionized environment preferred
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Basic computer skills
** Work Environment:
*** Role operates primarily a professional office environment, but requires conducting business at manufacturing locations and job sites where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, humidity, and elevated noise levels
