What you’ll get to do:
Assist the Plant Manager in day-to-day operations of the cement plant.Monitor production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and product quality.Support maintenance planning and execution to minimize downtime.Lead and develop plant personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous performance improvement.Support planning and execution of capital and strategic plant projectsAct as Plant Manager during absences, making critical operational decisions.Who we are looking for:
Minimum 10 years of experience in cement, aggregates, or heavy industrial manufacturing.Strong knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, and safety regulations.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Proficiency in MS Office and plant management systems.Preferred
Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies.Knowledge of environmental compliance and sustainability practices.Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems.Flexibility for occasional weekend or evening work.Work Environment:
Role operates on-site with physical presence in a plant environment where the conditions include exposure to dust, moving mechanical equipment, varying temperatures, and elevated noise levels.What we have to offer:
