As a Team Lead in Sanitation, you will report to the Sanitation Supervisor, overseeing sanitation operations and ensuring that all cleaning activities align with company standards.
Your role will involve coordinating sanitation activities, conducting ATP swabbing tests, and leading a dedicated team to promote safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate sanitation activities according to SSOPs
• Conduct ATP swab testing to ensure cleanliness
• Train and mentor Sanitation Team Members
• Manage daily sanitation tasks and inventory
• Report safety and operational concerns to management
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum 2 years in a sanitation environment
• 1+ years in a Team Lead role preferred
• Knowledge of GMP and HACCP standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
