As an integral part of the team at EFCO, you will be responsible for performing welding tasks, building high-quality forms, and ensuring all specifications are met.
Your role involves interpreting mechanical drawings, developing jigs for production, and contributing to a culture of safety and quality. Additionally, you will maintain your workspace in compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute production welding using MIG equipment
• Fabricate complex forms without reliance on fixtures
• Develop simple jigs and fixtures for efficient welding
• Participate in quality audits and recordkeeping
• Uphold safety standards and best practices in your work area
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven MIG welding experience
• Capable of using material handling equipment
• Strong understanding of mechanical drawings
• Ability to pass EFCO’s welding test
