We are seeking a dedicated Shipping Supervisor for our day shift, working Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm. This role will involve organizing shipments, maintaining quality control, and collaborating closely with customer service and plant operators. You will be integral in ensuring that shipments are prioritized effectively and safely handled.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and instruct shipping department team
• Prioritize daily shipments for efficient processing
• Oversee packaging and shipping of finished doors
• Perform quality control checks for accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience with ERP systems
• Ability to lift 40 - 70 lbs during shifts
• Forklift operation experience required
