The Sequencing Expert will be based in Delta, overseeing the seamless transition of biomass through WIP, Production, and Finished Goods processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with various teams to ensure that production aligns with inventory policies and safety protocols, while also managing production KPIs and addressing issues proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and security of biomass movement

• Align material flow with production requirements

• Develop and execute daily production plans

• Track production schedules and identify risks

• Implement corrective actions to enhance efficiency
Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in manufacturing or processing

• Background in consumer packaged goods preferred

• Certificate in Operations or a similar field

• Strong communication skills across teams

• Capability to thrive under pressure
