Position: Production Supervisor at Sobeys Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production activities and meet output targets

• Train and evaluate manufacturing staff for performance

• Ensure compliance with HACCP and GMP standards

• Monitor product quality and maintain accurate records

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently

Requirements:

• 1-2 years in a manufacturing environment

• 1-2 years in direct supervision roles

• Strong communication and team building abilities

• Excellent organizational skills and initiative

• Understanding of production planning and cost analysis
