Cascadia Metals is currently seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our Delta team. This role is well-suited for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety in their day, and supporting the team wherever needed.
Responsibilities
- Manually package customer orders
- Build and prepare skids
- Complete paperwork for incoming and outgoing materials
- Perform shipping and receiving duties, including loading and unloading trucks
- Maintain general housekeeping and a safe work environment
- Safely unload incoming materials using forklifts and overhead cranes
- Safely load materials onto trucks and trailers using forklifts and overhead cranes
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs as part of regular job duties
- Valid forklift certification is preferred
- Ability to read orders and complete basic paperwork
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills
