Position: Production Sequencing Specialist Role
Join Rubicon Organics as a Production Sequencing Specialist and play a vital role in our mission to deliver top-tier cannabis products. This position combines operational oversight with a collaborative work style in a hybrid setting.

Located in Delta, the Production Sequencing Specialist is responsible for ensuring accurate movement of biomass throughout the production process. You will engage with multiple departments, and utilize your strong understanding of inventory management and production planning to maintain compliance with quality standards, while also tracking performance metrics for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end biomass processing and security

• Communicate closely with Order Fulfillment and Production teams

• Monitor and adjust daily production schedules

• Identify schedule deviations or risks proactively

• Support continuous improvement and inventory accuracy

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Certification in Operations or a similar field

• Knowledge in ERP/MRP systems preferred

• Analytical skills with a problem-solving approach

• Effective multitasking and time management abilities
