We are looking for a Day Shift working Supervisor who will be the leader of our shipping/receiving department, and working closely together with Customer Service and the Plant's Foreman.
Duties
Organizing/instructing department/team.
Organizing/prioritizing shipments for the day.
Packaging/shipping finished doors.
Quality control.
Recount orders to assure piece counts are correct before shipping.
Assist Customer Service Department.
Assist machine operators with saws/routers/press.
Maintain a clean working environment.
Other duties as required.
Skills and Qualifications
On-time and reliable.
Can lift 40 - 70 lbs and stand, walk, bend, etc. full day.
Self-motivated and can work without direct supervision.
Must know how to operate a forklift.
Minimum 5 year experience with ERP systems.
Shifts
The Day shift is Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, with every second Friday off.
Overtime may be required.
