THE TEAM The mission of the Supply Chain Workforce Planning Department is to plan and schedule labor to match business needs with optimal talent while controlling labor wastage to support an incredible employee and client experience.
THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is growing and our Supply Chain Workforce Planning team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for managing our labor planning process to ensure we are scheduling the right people, in the right roles, at the right times. As the Senior Associate/Associate, Workforce Planning, you will support the long‑term strategic approach to optimize our labor allocation and maximize our labor outputs in support of the success and growth of our Supply Chain operations.
THE ROLE Optimize labor spending and productivity
Gather, analyze, process, and optimize scheduling inputs
Build optimized schedules
Publish optimized schedules
Execute on live week schedule changes
THE QUALIFICATIONS Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications

The ability to collaborate fluently with cross‑functional partners

COMPENSATION At Aritzia, we provide market‑leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay‑for‑performance philosophy. The range for roles at this level is $50,000‑$150,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus, and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
