At our Stratford Facility we fabricate and assemble components for heavy truck, defense and off-road equipment companies. We feature fitting and welding, metal forming, saw cutting, painting, assembly departments and manufacture everything from small components to large structures, sheet metal to heavy plate.

Position Summary

The NDT Quality Inspector will be responsible for performing Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) on in-process and finished goods following applicable standards.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform LPI and MPI as required in accordance with applicable standards.
  • Create and/or maintain all NDT reports and required logs.
  • Create and/or maintain all MPI and LPI-specific work instructions.
  • Monitor and maintain all NDT equipment and calibrations.
  • Oversee the purchase requisitioning of all NDT consumable products.
  • Direct NDT supervision and training of all trainees and Level 1 personnel in preparation for certification.
  • Interact with the Quality Supervisor and production concerning NDT requirements and related production scheduling.
Education Requirements
  • Post‑secondary degree in science or engineering with designation and certification, or equivalent years of experience combined with education, designations, and certification.
  • ASNT Level 2 or CGBS Level 2 Liquid Penetrant (PT) and Magnetic Particle (MP) required.
