Shipping Department Lead - Day Shift

As the Shipping Department Supervisor, you will lead the day shift operations, which run from 6:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Your responsibilities will include organizing the shipping activities, prioritizing daily shipments, and working closely with customer service and production staff. Your leadership will help maintain high standards in packaging and quality control.
Key Responsibilities:
• Instruct and oversee shipping/receiving staff
• Organize daily shipment priorities and schedules
• Ensure quality checks are met before dispatch
• Assist with shipping finished cabinet parts
• Maintain an orderly and clean workplace
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in managing ERP systems
• Ability to lift weights up to 70 lbs
• Proven experience operating forklifts
• Strong self-motivation and reliability
• Capacity to perform physically demanding tasks
