Production Sequencing Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Production Sequencing Specialist in Delta, where you will ensure the streamlined movement of materials within production. Your expertise will support our just-in-time manufacturing efforts.

In this role, you will work closely with Order Fulfillment, Production, and Inventory Management teams to guarantee the accuracy and security of end-to-end processes. Your ability to monitor production execution, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement will be vital. Strong analytical skills are essential for effective root cause analysis of any deviations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the flow of biomass and consumables in production

• Align material availability with production plans

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams daily

• Monitor production against plans and identify risks

• Conduct root cause analysis for any issues encountered

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Operations or related field

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar environment

• Experience in the CPG industry is an asset

• Strong understanding of material flow

• Proficiency in production planning software
