Position: Full-Time Fish Processing Machine Operator

In this permanent position, you will be responsible for setting up machines to can, package, clean, and process fish and shellfish.

Your role will include recording production data and transporting products within the work area. This position demands someone who thrives in wet and cold conditions and can handle physically demanding tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transport fish and shellfish to work area

• Set up and operate processing machines for seafood

• Record production information accurately

• Clean machines and work areas regularly

• Handle heavy loads and maintain efficiency

Requirements:

• Ability to work in cold, wet environments

• Strong hand-eye coordination

• Reliability and effective interpersonal skills

• Physically capable of handling up to 45 kg (100 lbs)

• Eligibility to work in Canada
