Packaging Operator Afternoon Shift

This permanent, full-time position requires your participation in maintaining packaging standards and effective communication with co-workers. You'll work hand-in-hand with the Packaging Team Lead to ensure all products are correctly sealed and labeled. Train new employees to boost their capabilities, report any issues to management, and keep equipment in proper working order.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor final product weights for compliance

• Center labels and films on packages accurately

• Stack products on suitable pallets as required

• Sanitize all equipment before production begins

• Address worker concerns promptly with leadership
