Supervisor, Manufacturing ​/ Production, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations

Responsibilities

Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees

Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules

Oversee and coach employees

Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance

Check production output according to specifications

Submit reports on performance and progress

Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements

Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures

Enforce strict safety and GMP guidelines and company standards

Requirements

Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role

Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools

Advanced skills in MS Office

Organizational and leadership abilities

Communication and interpersonal skills

Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach

Problem‑solving skills

High School Diploma;
Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, as needed

Must be able to bend, crawl, crouch, kneel for 1+ hours per shift, as needed

Must be able to sit, stand and walk for 6+ hours per shift

Must be able to make fine distinctions in sound, express and exchange written or spoken word, and distinguish objects and equipment visually

Must be able to work all shifts and weekends, holidays, and extra hours, as needed

Must be able to handle multiple priorities with professionalism in a fast paced work environment while maintaining safety and quality
