C.H. Guenther and Son is seeking a detail-oriented Sanitation Associate for their bakery. The associate will perform sanitation tasks and participate in inspections to maintain high standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with production teams, pest control duties, and adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of the bakery to AIB standards

• Conduct daily inspections and complete sanitation duties

• Coordinate cleaning schedules with production staff

• Report mechanical issues and keep tools organized

• Assist in pest control and prepare for inspections

Requirements:

• Willingness to work night shifts from Friday to Tuesday

• Ability to handle physical demands and hazards

• Strong communication skills with team members

• Commitment to safety and GMP compliance

• Previous sanitation experience is preferred
