Position: Production Associate for Foam Insulation

We are looking for a self-motivated, team-focused individual to operate our production line effectively. While manufacturing experience is preferred, we value dedication and a willingness to learn. This role requires a strong attention to safety and cleanliness in the workspace and involves physically demanding tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate production machinery

• Keep work areas clean and safe

• Load, transport, and unload materials accurately

Requirements:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus

• Forklift operation experience is beneficial

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

• Must thrive in a fast-paced setting

• Ability to pass background and drug screenings
