Packaging Technician PM Shift at Golden West

Golden West Baking, located on Anacis Island, is seeking a Production Technician for the PM shift. This role requires rotating through various technician positions, prioritizing quality control, and proper documentation. Your contributions will directly impact product quality and safety within our food processing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate under HACCP regulations and WCB safety guidelines

• Ensure muffins meet quality checks before bagging

• Clear jam-ups in packaging machinery as necessary

• Assist with bagging and packaging adjustments

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication skills essential

• Ability to lift 25kg

• Experience in a fast-paced production environment

• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
