Experienced Maintenance Technician BC

Join Brockmann's Chocolate as an experienced Maintenance Technician at our Delta facility. This role is key to the safety and efficiency of our chocolate production operation.

In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining various chocolate production machinery and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. A background in food manufacturing and strong mechanical skills are crucial to your success in this hands-on role. Your technical leadership will directly impact our production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and troubleshoot melters, tempering machines, and conveyors

• Analyze maintenance data and create work orders

• Ensure maintenance meets food safety and quality standards

• Support installation and improvements of production equipment

• Manage vendor relationships and spare parts inventory

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in food or beverage manufacturing

• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities

• Familiarity with CMMS systems and equipment manuals

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to respond flexibly to plant needs
