Contribute as a Production Technician at Golden West Baking in Anacis Island. Your focus will be on quality assurance, cooperation, and efficient processing in a dynamic environment.
This role involves adhering to HACCP regulations while rotating through technician responsibilities, ensuring high standards in product quality and packaging. You’ll be tasked with cleaning and organizing work areas and assisting in resolving operational issues alongside your team. A proactive approach to communication and problem-solving is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Validate product quality before bagging
• Clear equipment jams and assist Bagger Operator
• Maintain cleanliness in the production area
• Assist with labeling and packaging
• Inform supervisors of quality or operational issues
Requirements:
• Completed High School or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Able to consistently lift up to 25kg
• Thrive in a high-pressure work environment
• Strict adherence to GMP protocols
