Chocolate Manufacturing Packing Associate

Join Brockmann’s Chocolate in Delta, BC as a Packaging Associate. This role focuses on equipment operation, chocolate packaging, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

We are looking for a motivated and flexible Packaging Worker for our chocolate manufacturing line. You will assist in the melting and tempering process, operate production machinery, and support new team members. This role involves hands-on responsibilities in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate chocolate melting and tempering systems

• Troubleshoot and assist with equipment maintenance

• Accurately follow production recipes and instructions

• Implement food safety and quality standards

• Complete daily production records and reports

Requirements:

• Previous food manufacturing experience is advantageous

• Reliable and strong mechanical aptitude

• Eagerness to learn and contribute effectively

• Physically capable of handling demanding tasks

• Basic proficiency with computers and means of transport
