Welder

Position: Full-Time Welder with Competitive Pay
Join our dedicated team as a full-time Welder at $37.50 per hour. This role focuses on interpreting welding processes and operating advanced equipment in a non-remote setting.

We need a permanent employee with 3 to 5 years of experience who can read blueprints and ensure that all welds meet industry standards. You'll work at our facility, fitting and repairing metal parts while maintaining the welding equipment to uphold optimal performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret welding blueprints and manuals

• Operate semi-automatic and fully automated welding equipment

• Ensure welds comply with specifications and quality assurance

• Fit, braze, and torch-straighten metal effectively

• Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on welding apparatus

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary high school education

• 3 to 5 years of welding experience required

• Must be authorized to work in Canada

• Proficient in operating metal shaping tools

• Attention to detail in the welding process
