Chocolate Production Maintenance Technician

Brockmann's Chocolate is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our Delta, BC facility. This critical role ensures the reliability of our chocolate production equipment.

As a Maintenance Technician, your core responsibilities will include troubleshooting and maintaining food-grade production equipment while analyzing recurring issues to provide long-term solutions. Your strong leadership and technical expertise will contribute significantly to our operational efficiency in a challenging multi-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot melters, packaging systems, and cooling tunnels

• Analyze equipment history for effective maintenance planning

• Document maintenance actions and conduct root cause analyses

• Manage building utility systems including HVAC and refrigeration

• Support the commissioning of new equipment and processes

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in food manufacturing

• Strong mechanical and electrical skills

• Familiarity with food safety regulations and CMMS

• Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics

• Strong organizational skills with adaptability
