Production Supervisor at Latecoere Aerostructures

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective employee relations and resolve issues

• Conduct hiring and manage disciplinary actions

• Implement LEAN processes for operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum five years in a manufacturing supervisory role

• Technical education preferred with strong leadership skills

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience with Six Sigma and 5S methodologies

• Must be a Permanent Resident or Canadian Citizen
