Vitafoam Products Canada, a division of VPC Group Inc., seeks two permanent Production Workers for its Delta facility. This role focuses on assembling components, ensuring quality, and preparing products for distribution during the afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Candidates must value teamwork and have a proactive approach to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to health and safety policies
• Assemble components to meet customer specifications
• Utilize measuring tools effectively
• Prepare products for timely distribution
• Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
• Reliable transportation to Delta, BC
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn quickly in a manufacturing context
• Capable of lifting at least 20 kg
• Strong commitment to quality and safety
