Ice Arena Operator at GSL

GSL is looking for an Ice Arena Operator to maintain facility operations and manage refrigeration systems. Enjoy flexible shifts and extra compensation for late hours.

As an Ice Arena Operator, you’ll be instrumental in keeping the GSL facility running smoothly. Certification as an Ice Facility Operator or Refrigeration Operator is preferred, but candidates with robust mechanical skills will also be considered. We offer training for aspiring operators who bring a proactive attitude and relevant experience to the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee refrigeration plant and building maintenance

• Operate the Zamboni for events and ice maintenance

• Work various shifts, particularly graveyard shifts

Requirements:

• Certification as Ice Facility Operator or Refrigeration Operator recommended

• Proven mechanical skills and relevant experience desirable

• Open to training; positive, can-do attitude required
