Position: Team Lead for Night Sanitation Operations
Support Village Farms International by leading night sanitation operations to ensure a safe production environment. Spearhead effective cleaning and team performance during nighttime hours.

As a Sanitation Team Lead, your primary responsibility is to lead sanitation practices during the graveyard shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, ensuring compliance with sanitation protocols and safety standards. You’ll work closely with your team to manage the Master Sanitation Schedule and conduct necessary inspections and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct sanitation according to company SSOPs

• Perform ATP testing to confirm sanitation effectiveness

• Conduct pre-shift meetings and team training

• Maintain comprehensive sanitation documentation

• Liaise with production and maintenance teams

Requirements:

• 2+ years in sanitation roles with leadership experience

• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety

• Proficient in inventory and team management

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic environment
